Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Portrait Sales Consultant to guide clients through a personalized, high-end portrait purchasing experience.

This part-time opportunity is ideal for a polished, results-driven sales professional who thrives in a relationship-focused environment and is motivated by strong earning potential.

You will work exclusively with warm, pre-qualified clients during private, in-studio appointments. There is no cold calling or reliance on high-pressure sales tactics.

Using a proven consultative sales process, you will guide families, couples, seniors, and pet owners select heirloom-quality wall art and portrait collections that reflect their personal preferences and meaningful moments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct private, in-studio ordering appointments with warm, pre-qualified clients.
• Build strong client relationships by asking thoughtful questions and understanding individual needs and preferences.
• Present premium portrait artwork, wall art designs, and portrait collections professionally and confidently.
• Guide clients through pricing, package options, and purchasing decisions while maintaining a luxury customer experience.
• Consistently close sales using a professional, relationship-based approach.
• Contribute to revenue growth while maintaining the studio's high-end brand standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in luxury, premium, or commission-based sales.
• Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Confidence discussing premium pricing and higher-value purchases.
• Ability to address client questions and objections professionally and effectively.
• Competitive, performance-driven mindset with a focus on measurable sales results.
• Availability to work Wednesday through Saturday.

What Success Looks Like

• First 60-90 Days: Develop confidence using the studio's structured sales process and independently conducting client ordering appointments.
• Sales Performance: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets through strong closing rates and high average order values.
• Client Experience: Deliver exceptional service that encourages client satisfaction, referrals, and repeat sessions.
• Professional Excellence: Contribute to a polished studio environment while demonstrating strong, measurable sales performance.
